Exterior Service Inspections:

• Visual inspection of home exterior.
• Look for broken windows, theft or vandalism.
• Check screens and porch enclosures for tears or damage.
• Remove newspapers, flyers, packages, and phone-books from front door area.
• Check mailbox, forward mail if requested.
• Visually inspect gutters and roof for damage.
• Assure pool Pump is running
• Check pool/ Spa for water level and discoloration
• Lawn damage, exterior lighting issues, vents & drainage problems
• Put trash cans away after home owners’ departure.

Interior Service Inspections:

• ​Check for signs of forced entry, theft or vandalism.
• Check for signs of pests or insects.
• Check to make sure  all doors and windows are securely locked.
• Check for signs of water damage on floors, ceilings and walls.
• Check temperature and humidity readings.
• Check refrigerator, freezer and make sure ice maker is off.
• Check traps in sinks and tubs, flush commodes.
• Check  circuit breaker box for signs of surge.
• Check air conditioner for water leaks.
• Check hot water tank for leaks.
• Check and reset microwave and stove clocks.
• Check for  unusual odors.
• Check hot water heater for drainage.
• Check salt levels in water softener, add salt if requested.
• Check with  property owner via e-mail with digital photo and report.

You will received notification of all inspection results:

• No problems - An email will be sent out after each visit or a log will be left in your home for inspection upon your return (YOUR CHOICE).
• In the event a problem is detected by one of our staff members, and if it requires immediate attention, you will be notified by phone. After contacting you, we will gladly contact your vendor of preference to make any repairs. If you do not have a preference, we will refer and contact someone for you. 

Additional Services

• Vehicle Maintenance - Includes starting your vehicle / Tire inspection / Drive around the block (must be insured)
• Vehicle wash - Includes exterior hand wash, tire dressing, vacuum the interior.
• Complete Vehicle Detailing - Include hand car wash, quick detailing and hand wax, tire dressing, interior detailing and vacuum.
• Home opening and closing - Have guests arriving while you are away? We will open your home and prepare it for your guest arrival. Your home will then be closed and secured upon their departure.
• Service / Delivery Presence - Have an important delivery? Want someone at your home when service is being conducted? We can arrange to be at your home for you.
• Grocery Service - We will stock your kitchen with your and/ or your guests favorite items.
• Storm Preparedness - Includes removal of lanai/patio furniture and any other items around your home that could cause damage to your property. We will install and uninstall hurricane shutters.
• Home cleaning services- We will clean your home following a 40+ checkpoint list that will cover all corners of the house and eliminate the accumulation of dust and bacteria.
